1. She devours right. Because Berry is diabetic, she pays additions special consideration towards her diet, devouring five mini-meals around the day that are shower and full of veggies and protein. While she does possess the occasional bit of trash food, it's a treat — not the norm.

2. She gets intense. In the gym, that is! Halle isn't concerned towards cream up the heavy weights and crank up the opposition onto the elliptical. From circuit coaching towards hiking, her workouts are strong — and evidently get results!

3. She focuses onto family. Berry spent her 45th birthday with a day onto the beach with her family. No matter how bustling her acting itinerary is, Berry earns moment for having fun with her little ones.
